The GPS Caddie is ready to use out of the box without the requirement of any additional software or hardware if you want to map your own golf course. A computer and internet access are required if you would like to download pre-mapped golf courses from iGolf.com. In order to download pre-mapped golf courses, you will need a computer running Windows 98, 2000 or XP with a USB port. You will also need a subscription to iGolf.com. iGolf.com Information As a member of iGolf.com, you will be able to download scorecard and GPS data for your GPS Caddie. New members receive unlimited scorecard downloads, 50 GPS download credits and may request one golf course of their choosing to become GPS enabled (iGolf will have the course mapped for you). A one-year membership to iGolf.com is $29.99 and you will have immediate access to all the features available to members. iGolf.com includes GPS course files from all over the United States.
